How to have fun with kale

Who doesn't like kale?
Kale..... yes it looks just like lettuce! Except it is even better than lettuce. It contains only 30 calories and provides you with all the vitamin C you need for a day! Now that is something else. Vitamin C is essential for your immune system. So instead of loading up on the the vitamins and powders put some kale into your diet!

Well... I lied. Kale has a little bit of a down side due to the bitter taste it has when you take a bite of it. It doesn't quite taste the way lettuce does. But I can assure people there are plenty of recipes that will make kale appeal to you.

Kale Chips!!!

8 cups loosely packed kale, stems removed
•    2 tablespoons olive oil
•    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
•    1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
•    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
•    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
•    1⁄8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1.Preheat the oven to 325°F. Wash and dry the kale and tear it into large pieces.
2.Place the dried kale in a bowl and toss to coat with oil. Spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake until crispy but not burnt, 20 to 25 minutes.
3. To make the seasoning, combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning over the kale chips and serve.
